5 photo spots in Los Angeles to score an amazing instagram picture

As you already know, we visited Las Vegas last month. We decided to add a visit to Los Angeles to our trip as I’ve never been there before. To go from Las Vegas to LA, we rented a car with Sunny Cars. I love that we could just head to LA when we wanted and not at a specific time. Having a car in Los Angeles is crucial since all the nice places aren’t exactly close to one another. Having a rental car gives you freedom to do what you want. I get so many dm’s asking my favorite places to take pictures, what’s instagrammable etc. So in this blogpost I’m telling you more about my favorite photo spots in Los Angeles!

Venice Beach

We all know the typical picture with the Venice sign right?! Even though it’s a cliché, I always love them. The light at Venice is also just insane, it really has that LA-glow. While you’re at it, the beach cabines are also a typical spot for a picture with their cute mint colour.

Hollywood sign

Have you really been to Hollywood if you don’t have a picture with the Hollywood sign? Don’t worry, you don’t actually have to hike, you can park your car just two minutes from an amazing photo spot and get the Hollywood sign on your backdrop. If you’re up for it, hike to the Hollywood sign to get that picture sitting at the sign itself.

Griffith Observatory

Don’t we all just love a good view? Griffith Observatory won’t disappoint you! The perfect place to take a picture with the skyline of LA on it. The building itself is also stunning so you’ll be sure to score some amazing pictures.

Urban Lights

The Urban Lights at the LACMA was the first place we visited when we arrived in LA and we definitely scored some amazing pictures. This monument consists out of restored street lamps and is the perfect spot to play around with light, angles and perspective.

Melrose Avenue

We’ve all seen countless pictures with the LA angel wings. At Melrose Avenue you can strike a pose against whatever wall you want. A pink wall, angel wings, all those typical pics you see on the gram in front of a cool wall are made on Melrose Avenue. Just have a walk around and you’ll see one photogenic wall after another.

Having a car in LA, really helped us to get from A to B quickly. I loved renting with Sunny Cars because they have an all-in service. You don’t have to pay anything extra for insurance, it’s all covered! Be sure to check their website if you are planning a trip to the USA soon!
